3. User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership
You retain full, exclusive ownership of all audio recordings, video files, documents, and generated transcripts (“User Content”) that you submit to or create with the Services. TranscriptionAid does not claim any ownership rights over your User Content. Because our core engine processes files locally within your browser, your content remains in your control.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Transcribing audio recorded in violation of applicable wiretapping, eavesdropping, or privacy consent laws.
- Processing media that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or proprietary rights.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the platform’s infrastructure, security mechanisms, or API endpoints.
- Using automated scripts or scrapers in a manner that degrades system performance for other users.
